AIR CONDITIONED ROOMS
Family Deluxe Room (FD)  

RM200 nett per room per night inclusive of breakfast for two Surcharge RM30 per room per night for Malaysian eves of and public holidays. Extra Mattress @ RM30 per night inclusive of 1 breakfast   

Deluxe Garden View Room (DGV) RM180 nett per room per night inclusive of breakfast for two Surcharge RM30 per room per night for Malaysian eves of and public holidays. Extra Mattress @ RM30 per night inclusive of 1 breakfast
 

Superior Room (SUP) RM160 nett per room per night inclusive of breakfast for two Surcharge RM30 per room per night for Malaysian eves of and public holidays. Extra Mattress @ RM30  per night inclusive of 1 breakfast
 

Standard Room (STD) RM150 nett per room per night inclusive of breakfast for two Surcharge RM30 per room per night for Malaysian eves of and public holidays. Extra Mattress @ RM30 per night inclusive of 1 breakfast

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

1- The children (defined as from age 3 – 12 years old) is charged 50 % from adult’s twin-sharing rate.  For infant below 3 years, the package rate is RM15 per infant 

2- Due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational conditions, Kapas Island Resort reserves the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours without compensation. 

3- Upon confirmation of booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit of the package price must be paid. Full payment must be paid not less than 14 days before the arrival date. 

4- There shall be no refund of any deposit. No refund or reduction will be allowed in respect of accommodation, meals or any service not utilized for any reason whatsoever.  Change of date is, however, allowed subject to a least 14 days prior notice. 

5- The Company reserves the right to alter or modify without prior notice of the itineraries, accommodation, due to circumstances over which the Company has no control. 

6- All guests/tour members taking part in any activities organized by the Company shall do so at their own risk. The Company shall not be responsible for any losses or damages sustained by anyone. All tour members are advised to insure themselves against personal injuries and loss of personal belongings. 

7- The Company reserves the right to remove any guest/tour member whose conduct or behavior is unacceptable or unreasonable in the opinion of the Company. 

8- Program, tour price, service and condition are based on the situation applicable at the time of publication and are subjected to change without notice. 

9- The Company reserves the right not to execute or conduct any tours or transfer if full payment is not received.

10- Payment may be made by cash, cheque, bank-in or online or via credit-cards.
